Herring Technology
Known as “The Physical Security Professionals,” the Herring Technology team is composed of highly-qualified and talented security technology specialists. By utilizing state of the art equipment in access control, video cameras, intrusion alarms, fencing and barriers as well as lighting, Herring is able to provide the best solution to protect your most valuable assets. At Herring, we refer to it as Security Synergy: The sum of the products and professional design/layout by our law enforcement trained investigators.

We work with our customers to determine their assets, the probability of a threat and the cost of the loss versus the cost of the security system.
Our projects range in scope from a few cameras and an intrusion alarm to advanced HDCCTV surveillance technology, thermal image radars, access control systems and perimeter security such as collision barriers. No project is considered “too small” because the need for security is never based on the size of the project.
At Herring, we partner with investigators who hold over 50 years experience in CID. This allows us to work with our clients during the security design phase and during post-event investigation. In addition, our investigators can serve as a case liaison on behalf of our clients while working with local authorities.
Service Area
We are located in Nashville, TN and consider all of Middle Tennessee our local area. We travel to all 50 states in order to meet your company’s needs and requirements for specific projects. We are qualified and capable to do roll-out projects for various nationwide companies using only our security technology experts. However, if time and budget restrictions require a different option, we do have a managed network of partners across the country that we can direct to meet our customer’s needs.
